We bought two vehicle’s from J&M this year the 1st time we walked into the dealer we felt very comfortable no one attacked us, Vinnie came over and said when we need to talk to someone he would be around. We found the truck we wanted online prior to going to the dealer, so we asked about it he was very informative and we picked it up the next day. The 2nd truck was needed quickly so being that he was so professional the 1st time we went back we had the 2nd truck in 4 days this was over the holiday. Unbelieveable Experience
To start, J&M Automotive is over an hour away from us. So you could imagine the hesitation we had as it's not as local as we would have liked. From the minute the first call was made to them, Vinny caught our attention. There was no pressure and he was as open and honest to every question we had. This proved to be true when we arrived and it was his day off. We were met by Jeff, not by him honing in on us or by pressuring us. We test drove a couple of cars and there was not an ounce of pressure. Jeff was professional and friendly and voiced his opinion on what we were driving and was honest in answering a question with a statement of "well I'm not sure but I can ask the mechanic"..This even further anchored my trust in our experience..he wasn't pulling the wool over our eyes, he didn't answer our questions with lies, he even went as far as to say "I don't want to give you bad info" (This is something you don't get from a used car dealer) We chose a different vehicle then what we went there to look at, not by influence, but by the quality of the vehicles on the lot. Each one seemed to be better then the last one we looked at and drove. We were introduced to Ken In the finance office. Great guy, even with a couple credit issues we have,as smooth and quick as getting us financed was, by the time we finished with Ken, I literally said that was so easy I didn't even feel like we bought a car. No hassle, No haggle and professional staff. I wrote this huge review because I can honestly say that when we received the finished product that Vinny presented to us, I was beyond impressed. As we drove off the lot, and with almost twenty years of personal buying experience,I can honestly say we couldn't be happier. Our second vehicle will need to be replaced, and I will be coming back here to purchase, no question. Thank you J&M Automitive for the best honest car buying experience either one of us has had.

A standout dealership, salesman Vinny and finance person Ken. I made the process longer than it should have been due to indecisiveness and an unknown financial glitch. Huge patience by all at J & M until I was totally confident and comfortable with my purchase decision. The people are great (specifically the type of people you want to deal with), the environment inside and out on the lots is pleasant and inviting and the cars are priced to sell. Good deals abound. The difficult decision is which of the good deals to select. No pressure from Vinny, Ken or J & M. Instead an honest interest in making certain that the buyer is comfortable with the purchase before the purchase is made. Whether the people, the showroom, the ample and loaded lot or the practices of J & M (including willingness/encouragement to have the vehicle checked by the buyer's mechanic, vehicles priced to sell and significantly better deals than other lots, etc.), dealing with J & M, Vinny and Ken is a very positive experience. My next vehicle purchase will be at J & M. There is no reason to go anywhere else. Though I had never even heard of J & M prior to a late November or December 2012 start in checking out dealerships in Bridgeport and Milford and beyond to Naugatuck, no other deaership can match the used car inventory, pricing and experience. This place is a slam dunk. Don't waste time going anywhere else if you seek a used vehicle. You will not do better than J & M.

Simply Awesome
This dealership is Awesome! Theres nothing more that I hate doing than buying cars. J&M Automotive and Brad changed that completely. They're awesome to deal with. From the minute you walk in, you can tell its going to be different. The prices can't be beat and the experience is just simply awesome. My salesman Brad was laid back and easy to deal with. We did the 'small talk' thing and business at the same time. He was the best salesman I've ever dealt with!!! "No pressure sales" are priceless and thats what you get at J&M Automotive. I bought a 2005 Toyota Tundra from these guys and it was delivered to me in better than new condition. Ken was also easy to work with. He didn't try to force me into signing anything I didn't want.
